Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery window of 4–6 business days from the time you place your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees — actual transit time can vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value is required.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Possible Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delivery dates are estimates. Factors like weather, carrier volume, or regional disruptions can occasionally affect transit time. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out to us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@canboo.shop or (424) 573-7997 within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve it, whether that means tracking down the package or arranging a replacement.
