Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CanBoo plushie. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@canboo.shop or call (424) 573-7997 with your order number to begin the return process. We'll provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

Return Shipping

Returns are sent by mail. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of a returned item without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Approval

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it to confirm it meets the return eligibility requirements above. We'll email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days of us receiving your return and are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Restocking Fees

We don't charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

A few things we're not able to accept returns on:

• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items that are used, opened, or not in their original condition for reasons other than our error
• Gift cards (if applicable)

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it's subject to the return policy above.
